Paysafe is looking for a versatile, energetic, and motivated candidate to be part of our Global Sales Enablement team as a Director, Deal Operations who will help improve and refine our sales processes, salesforce experience and deal journey. The Deal Operations Team is creating optimized sales cycles through a high-quality white-glove service for enterprise deals, and a simple and scalable path for SMB businesses. The position will report to the VP of Sales Enablement and work across all sales divisions and product lines globally (Europe, North America and LATAM).

The Director of Deal Operations is responsible for overseeing the deal process, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency and compliance of enterprise sales deals. This role involves close collaboration with sales leadership, legal, finance, product and cross-functional teams to optimize the deal lifecycle and deliver on strategic business goals.

This role is based in Jacksonville, FL and offers a hybrid working model of working remotely while also being able to work an average of three days per week from our office in Jacksonville.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices and change management for deal structuring, pricing and contract management
  • Successfully lead and deliver on the global deal journey and salesforce programs; Work with sales, product, and other internal teams to unblock deals stuck in the sales pipeline and analyze and document areas of improvement and lead change management activities with a focus on driving efficiencies and positive client experiences
  • Design and optimize end-to-end deal processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor and analyze deal metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and actioning the outcomes
  • Reviewing and supporting any exceptions to our processes or escalations to get enterprise deals live faster
  • Identifying inefficiencies in current processes and create proposals to recommend enhancements
  • Capture key areas of improvement and feedback from the Sales and Account Management teams and build recommendations
  • Implementing new controls within Salesforce to ensure our Sales processes are followed
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales performance
  • Collaborate with Product and the Salesforce Team on new enhancements and features
  • Drive rollout of KPI and Sales Dashboards
  • Document new and update existing deal journey processes. Manage these process enhancements through to launch
  • Lead global strategic projects and stakeholder management related to key Deal Journey initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing is preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales operations, process analysis, enterprise Sales, or similar project management experience within a high growth enterprise sales environment
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to lead high performing teams both directly and indirectly
  • Strategic planning, thinking and a passion for the profession of sales
  • Experience in data analysis and enterprise/global project or program management
  • Experience in analyzing, documenting and managing process change
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with high-touch, enterprise sales cycles is desirable
  • Good knowledge of sales effectiveness (skills/knowledge training requirements)
  • Experience in supporting large projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Capable of supporting a key project by tracking key actions and ensuring stakeholders meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment
