Essential Duties:
- Provide support to AP team members;
- Assist Financial Accountants with Accounts Payable year-end closing procedures;
- Ensure AP department meet its objectives and KPIs;
- Timely and accurately booking of purchase invoices;
- Ensure proper authorization before processing any document;
- Coordinate with Purchasing team to resolve suppliers queries;
- Supplier statement reconciliation;
- Monthly reconcile open payable invoices to general ledger;
- Assist in the resolution of vendor queries.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in accounts payable positions will be considered an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage
- Close attention to detail is essential
- Good organizational skills
