Essential Duties:

• Provide support to AP team members;
• Assist Financial Accountants with Accounts Payable year-end closing procedures;
• Ensure AP department meet its objectives and KPIs;
• Timely and accurately booking of purchase invoices;
• Ensure proper authorization before processing any document;
• Coordinate with Purchasing team to resolve suppliers queries;
• Supplier statement reconciliation;
• Monthly reconcile open payable invoices to general ledger;
• Assist in the resolution of vendor queries.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Fluent English
• Previous experience in accounts payable positions will be considered an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage
• Close attention to detail is essential
• Good organizational skills
