Paysafe Sales Enablement team is seeking a Junior Specialist who will support the Senior Director of Sales Enablement and the Sales Enablement team.

How we work:
Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
- Provide input into Sales Enablement performance
- Maintain and develop PowerBI Dashboards to demonstrate Sales Performance, focusing on accuracy and timeliness. Support the build of new dashboards as required.
- Use SQL, Excel, Alteryx and PowerBI to analyse datasets, build dashboards and help maintain and improve sales data architecture
- Maintain account hierarchy data to enable effective reporting and commission submission for Sales Teams
- Responsible for maintaining sound analytical methodology and performance standards, including effective project planning and confirmation of request specifications, development of error checking methods to validate data integrity, and valuing accuracy in balance with speed to delivery
- Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and workflow of Sales Enablement activities, including driving process automation, leveraging existing templates, databases and BI tools
- Serve as a key contributor by analyzing data for the purpose of creating actionable intelligence that influences strategic decision-making and company performance
- Handle multiple time sensitive projects and ad hoc analyses at once independently
- Learn from mistakes and incorporate learnings into future analysis
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, BI/Data or related field required
- 3+ years of experience with data and reporting
- Payments industry experience, preferred
- Excel skills such as using sumifs, vlookups, xlookups, index/match, pivot tables, VBA/macros, Power Pivot, DAX expressions, array formulas, etc., for report automation and fast/accurate analysis
- Familiarity working with and analyzing large data sets.
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact at all levels within the organisation
Essential skill sets:
- Power BI – basic/intermediate proficiency
- SQL Proficient – Basic/Intermediate Competency
- Excel Proficiency (pivot tables, xlookup,index/match etc)
- Alteryx proficient –Ability to transform and manipulate datasets
