We are looking for a passionate product professional to help us drive our Digital Wallet business up and ahead. The role will be instrumental in driving the definition and execution of the product strategy for Skrill & Neteller with primary focus on merchant proposition.
What you will do:
- Create, assess, update, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the merchant withdrawals product segment of Skrill//Neteller
- Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks. This includes turning strategy into cross-functional aligned tactics.
- Solve the product’s pain points while growing the business and meeting company objectives.
- Help to define, agree and report performance against clear KPIs that focus on revenue, seamless CX and optimal performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and activities, including ensuring that any legal, compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Continuously monitor trends in the industry and continuously assessing against competitor offerings
- Defining functional requirements and support them by creating basic wireframes and flow diagrams.
- Research and identify third party companies which we can integrate or partner with to improve our product offering
- Assist in removing non-technical roadblocks the development teams encounter
To be successful you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferable in payments/online space
- A great sense of design, user experience, and usability.
- A track record of building products and services that serve a large customer base
- Prior experience working in a diverse, multicultural and global company is an added advantage and driving transformation via a global roadmap
- The ability to persuade and influence others and have excellent articulation skills
- You are comfortable communicating with business stakeholders, Engineering, Design/UX, and Analytics teams
- Full proficiency in English
