How we work:
The office is located in the Bikini Berlin building near Kurfürstendamm with easy access via public transport links. To foster team culture, we try as often as possible to meet in person in Berlin or Vienna but as the team is distributed, Teams meetings are standard.
The team you will join is currently 6 people strong. We trust each other. Our number one rule is: The better argument or idea wins – no matter who brings it – so bring it on!
The impact you will have:
- Be part of one of the most innovative and exciting areas in payments helping customers to use cash online.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with major banks and financial institutions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with overall business goals.
- Act as trusted advisor to sales teams for eCash products.
- Support the onboarding of complex banking partners.
- Conceptualize and manage business development projects to expand market reach and create value for partners.
- Price Calculation and support in contract negotiations.
What we're looking for (the formalities):
- Completed studies in economics or engineering with economically strong background or equivalent education.
- Experience in B2B industries.
- 2+ year experience in Financial Services B2B business desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, find compromises, and think outside the box.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance and coordinate internal and external stakeholder.
- Must know tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; Desirable: Salesforce.
- Experience working with Business Plans, Strategy and Sales.
- Good knowledge of analysis, conception and documentation for sectors.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct negotiations and communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders. German desirable. Additional language skills advantageous.
- Good expression and writing skills, convincing and winning in communication with internal and external partners.
- Percent of travel required: 5 %.
- Additional qualifications in areas such as financial services, project management, or business development are a plus.
