How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

• Working with key stakeholders across the business to produce monthly Group KPI Dashboard for Exco
• Supporting Quarterly reporting of CAPEX across the business and Annual Planning process
• Driving improvement of large initiatives across Value Streams/project/Programme/LoB (i.e. maturing tooling to improve delivery, implementing new processes and/or reporting);
• Run individual small initiatives within Value Streams, including providing visibility of initiative progress and engaging relevant stakeholders (i.e. info sec, business, privacy, etc)
• Supporting Portfolio Manager with the delivery and governance of projects within the portfolio;
• Audit and compliance to framework;
• Managing projects and portfolio financials;
• Supporting Project Framework and PPM tool – divisional;
• Proactive and independent support to the Project Manager in delivery of project and driving certain project deliverables;
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization;
• Workshop facilitation;
• Manage key PMO tools and processes

What we’re looking for:

• PRINCE 2, PMP or other project management qualification
• Experience using Agile frameworks, knowledge of SAFe is preferable
• Strong PowerPoint skills and presentation skill is a must
• Strong data analysis and reporting, experience with SQL or other database preferable
• Committed to on time delivery
