How we work:

The office is located on Budapester Str. near Kurfürstendamm with easy access via public transport links.

The Product Manager will play a key role in setting the groundwork for long-term success by managing KPIs, defining processes, and removing operational roadblocks. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and design to ensure smooth operations and the effective rollout of product enhancements.

The impact your will have:

• Manage KPIs, reportings,
• Support removing obstacles/roadblock for the team
• Process definition and setup
• Supporting the marketing team in promoting our products
• Monitor the market and product performance
• Develop & track KPI’s & goals
• Understand the market & trends in collaboration with the marketing teams, perform gap analysis of our servicing capabilities to identify new business opportunities and develop competitive analyses
• Be highly flexible, able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to execute well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or mobile banking (banking experience is optional but highly valued).
• Proven experience managing KPIs, setting up processes, and removing operational obstacles.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using A/B testing, analytics tools, and market research.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and design.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
