As the Data-Driven Marketing Campaign Strategy Director at Paysafe, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaign strategies leveraging data insights to drive growth and enhance market presence. Focused on merchants, consumers, and partners, your role is pivotal in shaping the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and delivering measurable results. Reporting to the VP of Consumer, Merchant, and Partner, you'll champion a data-centric approach to marketing, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.

How we work:
Our preferred arrangement is for the job holder to follow a hybrid model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.
The impact you will have:
Lead the process of gathering, analysing, and interpreting market data, consumer behaviour, and industry trends to uncover actionable insights. Collaborate with commercial and corporate strategy teams on gaining clear understanding of the overarching strategy, commercial growth levers, pricing and product development. Develop frameworks and methodologies for extracting insights from complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing teams.
What we’re looking for:
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of success in data-driven marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development and execution. Consulting experience is a plus.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the payments industry or related field is a plus.
