Position Overview

The Executive Partner Director, reporting to the Director, Executive Partner Sales, is responsible for leading sales and revenue activities for their portfolio of Executive Partner relationships. The goal is to exceed financial targets focusing on establishing growth plans and strategies to expand partners portfolios and to identify and solve for partner product gaps and revenue opportunities. They are also knowledgeable with various sales channels, methodologies, and pricing practices specific to the payments/processing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined portfolio of Executive Paysafe Partners set by leadership.
  • Grow and retain current business with Executive Partners through the upselling of additional Paysafe products and by building a trusted strategic relationship.
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to help our Executive Partners grow their portfolios.
  • Work closely with Partners and the Leadership team to identify ways to grow the wallet share of the partner business to Paysafe.
  • Build strong rapport with all Partners by holding formal monthly business reviews and offering sales enablement trainings and support to Partners and their sales teams.
  • Works with the Executive Partner to identify strategically develop a plan to grow revenue, grow merchant count and reduce attrition.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the Company’s payment solutions, technologies, and services.
  • Serves as liaison between the partner and the internal stakeholders to align business objectives and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Drive quick resolution for partners by working collaboratively with internal cross functional teams.
  • Review and negotiate existing and new partner agreements to maximize revenue and product opportunities for Paysafe .
  • Provides formal weekly updates on sales results and pipelines for partner portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree, required.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ of relevant electronic payment processing industry experience, with relevant experience in sales, business development and support of ISO partnerships and as well as B2B experience, required.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills to properly represent the Company both externally and internally with executive presence.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment .
  • Solid vision for growing sales targets and possess a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to maintain a continuous pipeline of potential prospects for new business and revenue opportunities.
  • Proven track record in building strategic sales relationships and upselling business, while exceeding assigned targets.

  • Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce)
