We’re looking for an ESG and Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our team in London. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of Paysafe’s sustainability strategy through your ESG and sustainability reporting expertise. With an ever-changing global landscape, it is a hugely exciting time to be involved in this space. You will help to shape our reporting direction, and continue to strengthen our data quality, transparency, and governance. You will be involved in a broad range of activities ranging from analysis and preparation for regulations and supporting the development of our annual sustainability reporting. The ESG and Sustainability Reporting Manager will report to the Senior Director of ESG.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House.

The impact you will have:

  • Significantly contribute to our disclosure strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the corporate and sustainability strategy.
  • Project manage and coordinate our annual external Sustainability reporting (including double- materiality assessments) and lead the delivery of Paysafe’s non-financial assurance.
  • Help to develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for Sustainability reporting requirements, identifying gaps and driving accountability.
  • Facilitate the compilation of consistent, reliable, and comparable ESG and sustainability disclosures as required by various regulations, including but not limited to: SEC Climate-related Disclosure Rules; EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) & EU Taxonomy; UK Climate-related Financial Disclosures & Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting; and California SB 253 & 261.
  • Work with the wider business to improve data processes, systems and controls which enable robust and assurable sustainability reporting, including documentation of its completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and evolve our ongoing quarterly internal management reporting requirements which include Board Committee reports, inputs into the Sustainability Executive Committee and others.
  • Working with the ESG team and wider business to drive our strategic approach to ESG Ratings Agencies etc.: (1) improve our scores by driving operational change following our strategic plan; (2) build and maintain our library of responses; and (3) manage responses in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and functions at Paysafe, promoting the value of reporting and transparency, enhancing internal knowledge and expertise.

What we’re looking for:

  • A passion for sustainable and responsible business, as well as the ability to translate big picture strategy into tactical progress and plans.
  • Experience in corporate reporting, project management, strong analytical and data skills, and show meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with auditors and staying up to date with reporting regulatory and voluntary developments.
  • Have experience in GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD, SBTi, GHG Protocol and working knowledge of the EU CSRD, ISSB and US SEC.
  • Familiar working in a matrix organization working with a complex stakeholder environment, engaging with different areas of the business.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project & program planning, people and team building skills.
  • Experience in banking or financial services/ Fintech companies preferred.
