We are currently looking for a People Enablement Coordinator to join our People team in Lima. This role supports the LATAM People Team and the Global People Enablement Team in a hybrid work environment (three days in office).

While the role is titled Coordinator, we are specifically looking for a junior / assistant-level profile—someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and support a wide range of People processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering great service to both candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class People operational service across multiple Paysafe locations in LATAM and globally
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, employees, People Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition Partners, and People leaders
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with proactive problem-solving (e.g., scheduling, technical issues with People systems, etc.)
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding new hires including presenting new hire orientations
  • Respond to employee and manager queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update job requisitions and employee records in the HRIS (SuccessFactors)
  • Perform data validation in People systems and maintain various Excel reports
  • Audit reports and support ad hoc reporting requests
  • Route invoices and coordinate with third-party vendors and the accounting team
  • Provide administrative and project support to the LATAM People team and beyond
  • Continuously identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Benefits and Risk Management

  • Benefits administration including enrollments, plan changes, and additional benefit related tasks
  • Manage human risk insurance and health plans across LATAM, including enrollment, accident monitoring, and updates
  • Track medical leaves and coordinate with Payroll and Finance for subsidy recoveries.
  • Handle recovery of sickness, maternity, and lactation allowances through Social Security

Occupational Health and Prevention

  • Partner with occupational physician to identify health risks and implement preventive measures with brokers and insurers
  • Coordinate country-specific Occupational Medical Examinations (EMO)

Wellbeing and Psychosocial Support

  • Manage agreements to improve employee well-being and work environment
  • Document psychosocial conditions for health or housing loan applications
  • Provide guidance on company benefits and assist employees after workplace accidents


What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient use of English language – both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work cross-functionally across global teams
  • Great interpersonal skills, self-motivated, innovative and experience working across functional departments
  • Proficient use of HR Information Systems (SuccessFactors is considered a plus) and Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Team player with who understands group objectives
  • Display professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
