What to expect:
Internal Communications
- Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, MS Teams).
- Coordinate logistics and support in the planning of internal events in the Sofia office and online events such as All-Hands Calls and Town Halls.
- Monitor and report on internal comms activities and engagement metrics.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, creating Powerpoint decks and other tasks as required.
Corporate Responsibility
- Sit as a member on the Sofia Corporate Responsibility Committee to support the implementation of local CR programmes.
- Assist in the administration of corporate donations including the coordination of onboarding of new charities and raising Pos, liaising with Procurement as appropriate
- Support the creation and organisation of volunteering activities in the Sofia office.
- Coordinate with employee networks to support in the execution of their activities.
To be successful you need to have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication platforms.
- Interest in corporate responsibility and employee engagement.
- Previous experience in communications, events, marketing, or corporate responsibility (for example through an internship or entry-level role)
