What you will do:

• Create, maintain, popularize, and promote new custom-built dashboards in Microsoft Power BI (Fabric), starting from scratch and armed only with a business case and your subject-matter expertise of Paysafe’s business model, product offerings, reporting databases, risk and compliance topics, internal and external regulations, and all things FinTech.
• Be the driving force and a reliable stakeholder for other teams such as DWH, Data Governance, IT Architecture, etc. when building automated pipelines and Data Marts to be used and re-used for reporting and self-service BI. Participate as a key stakeholder in data-related waterfall/agile/hybrid projects and initiatives, internal or otherwise.
• Apply and promote best practices for Data Governance and Data Quality across the organization and in daily tasks. Work on eliminating redundancies in reporting, reconciling data and methodologies. optimizing data flows, automating manual processes for both data aggregation and reporting.

To be successful you need to have:

• Educated to Bachelors/ Masters degree level or equivalent
• Fluent English; will have frequent contact with other areas of the business in London, Vienna, India, and NorthAmerica
• Desirable: Work experience, certificates and/or courses for MS Power BI, MS Fabric, SQL, cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.), ETL, ITIL 4, etc.
• Desirable: Background in financial analysis and reporting, with banking or financial services industry experience
