Position Summary

The Manager, Strategic Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing category plans, and driving value across spend areas. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This hybrid position can be based in our Jacksonville, FL office and requires three days per week on-site.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category plans to drive value, cost savings, and innovation.
  • Manage sourcing events, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract reviews.
  • Drive process improvements and manage operational KPIs within the sourcing function.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Supplier Risk & Reporting, and VMO to ensure alignment and integration of sourcing strategies.
  • Define risk frameworks and lead critical supplier reviews.
  • Oversee vendor governance and lead contract renewals and performance actions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with significant category management experience
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex sourcing initiatives
  • Preferred: Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent); Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
