We’re currently hiring for a Relationship Manager, (EU) Platforms.

You will serve as the primary day‑to‑day relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic platform partners including Payment Facilitators, Merchant of Record (MoR) models, ISVs, aggregators, orchestration platforms, and other embedded payments partners. Your core focus will be on account management, partner satisfaction, retention, and operational stability, ensuring platforms realize consistent value from their partnership.

In this role, you will maintain regular engagement with platform partners, proactively monitor performance and service health, and act as the central point of coordination across internal teams. Leveraging data from internal dashboards and partner feedback, you will identify risks, manage escalations, support renewals, and help partners navigate Paysafe products and processes across their sub‑merchant base.

Success in this role requires strong account ownership, structured communication, and the ability to manage complex partner environments with multiple stakeholders, while balancing commercial awareness with a service‑led mindset.

How we work:

We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. This role can be based in our London or Dublin hub. The office is located in Gresham Street next to St Paul’s cathedral with easy access and transport links via St Paul’s, Bank, Cannon Street, City Thameslink, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Mansion House. The Dublin office is located in the heart of Dublin at 15 Georges Quay.

The impact you will have:

  • Drive strategic account growth across platform clients, including PayFacs, MoR platforms, and other complex structures.
  • Build and nurture C-level and multi-stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and create compelling commercial propositions aligned with client objectives.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with client strategies and Paysafe’s commercial goals.
  • Monitor platform performance and service metrics including processing volumes, revenue trends, sub‑merchant activation, operational issues, and retention indicators.
  • Proactively identify risks such as declining performance, operational friction, regulatory concerns, or partner dissatisfaction, and coordinate mitigation plans.
  • Conduct structured monthly and quarterly business reviews focused on account health, service performance, and partnership priorities.
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing platform accounts (e.g., additional products, geographies, or sub‑merchant use cases) and partner with Sales where appropriate.
  • Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Risk/Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to deliver consistent and reliable platform support.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, activity tracking, and documentation within CRM systems.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of payments ecosystem trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to provide insights and strategic guidance.
  • Represent Paysafe at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
  • Support operational teams on ad-hoc client requests or escalations when necessary to ensure seamless platform delivery and client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, or commercial roles, with direct responsibility for managing PayFacs, MoR platforms, or other complex platform accountsexperience in payments is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue, upsell/cross-sell, and strategic account growth.
  • Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including processing, risk, compliance, and platform integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage long‑term partner relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify account risks or opportunities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and data/analytics tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and networking events.
