Partner with Sales, Risk, Product, and Compliance to streamline onboarding, rationalize documentation, and maintain high standards of KYB, compliance, and operational excellence.

Metrics, Performance & Portfolio Governance

Establish and manage key KPIs for individual, team, and portfolio performance; use insights to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and consistent underwriting outcomes.

Underwriting Requirements & Enablement

Ensure underwriting requirements and document expectations are merchant‑appropriate, clearly defined, and effectively communicated across the business. Promote adoption of centralized guidance, training, and playbooks.

Process Documentation & Business Enablement

Maintain comprehensive underwriting process documentation and lead cross‑functional efforts to update deal guidance, enhance tools, and drive consistent process improvement.

Requirements
