We are looking for a client-facing Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager to join our Merchant Onboarding team. In this role, you will lead complex enterprise onboarding and integration projects, guiding merchants through their end-to-end journey from project kickoff to successful go-live. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, strong stakeholder alignment, and an excellent merchant experience.
What to expect:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for enterprise merchants, from kickoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with internal stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and onboarding artifacts, ensuring accurate documentation
- Coordinate multiple concurrent onboarding projects while maintaining clear communication, prioritization, and delivery discipline
- Schedule and lead regular client and stakeholder calls (weekly/biweekly), providing clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
- Monitor milestones, identify risks or deviations, and proactively escalate issues to Development, Product, and Operations teams
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing feedback from enterprise onboardings to enhance merchant experience and onboarding processes
To be successful you need to have:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a client-facing Project Manager or Technical Project Manager role, ideally within payments, fintech, or e‑commerce implementations
- Strong understanding of enterprise onboarding, payment integrations, and complex technical solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes is a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with a track record of managing expectations and building trusted relationships
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple concurrent enterprise projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to lead discussions, escalate risks, and influence cross-functional teams
