Paysafe is seeking a Technology Specialist to join our People Enablement team. In this role, you will provide expert support for the systems, data processes, and operational workflows that power Legal and People operations. You will maintain data integrity, manage documentation, support reporting and analytics, participate in testing and release cycles, and contribute to ongoing enhancements across our technology platforms.

The Specialist will serve as a key partner to Legal, People, and Technology teams—leveraging system knowledge and analytical skills to resolve issues, recommend improvements, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This role is based in Sofia and offers a flexible hybrid work environment with a blend of remote and in‑office days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support for Legal and People technology platforms, including Luminance and HiBob
  • Maintain accurate, high‑quality data across systems through data entry, validation, and auditing
  • Support system updates and releases by performing structured testing, documenting changes, and advising users
  • Maintain trackers, logs, standard operating procedures, and process documentation
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and metrics to support operational and leadership needs
  • Prepare and transform data for reporting and support Power BI dashboards and scheduled refreshes
  • Contribute to simple automation or workflow improvements using Power Automate and Power Apps with guidance
  • Provide first‑level functional support for user inquiries, conduct issue triage, and coordinate escalation
  • Execute ongoing operational and technical tasks that support Legal and People technology processes
  • Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and project‑based administrative tasks as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations that enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience preferred, ideally supporting systems, operations, HR, or legal processes
  • Strong Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and deadlines in a global environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and methods for process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data, systems, and documentation with a degree of autonomy and judgment (supports exempt classification)

Optional but helpful

  • Exposure to Luminance, SuccessFactors, HiBob, Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps
  • Experience supporting HR, Legal, or operational systems or workflows
  • Comfort working with structured data, testing, or cross‑functional processes
