We are seeking an People Enablement Director, Latin America that will lead and facilitate the development of a highly effective, strategic HR function across Latin America to ensure alignment with the global structure, culture and talent. You will act as a trusted advisor to provide guidance and oversight for HR activities in the region and work closely with our global stakeholders across the People Team and from within the business. The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change and will be a key leader within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the most senior People Team leader in LATAM as we continue to streamline and modernize our global HR operations. Leveraging data, insights, knowledge and experience to continuously improve the employee & manager experience at Paysafe.
  • Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent, employee career development, retention programs, training and leadership development in the region
  • Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
  • Provide strategic guidance and feedback on benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
  • Supports administration, coordination, and application of global human resources policies, procedures, and practices including performance management and employee engagement
  • Consults regularly with leadership and provides guidance when appropriate using data-driven decision making
  • Serves as the cultural champion for the People Team within the LATAM region. Ensuring local processes align with global processes & result in a strong employee experience.
  • Act as a key partner to the People Partnering team to mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
  • Advising employees on policies, benefits, procedures and job opportunities; answering questions as they arise
  • Facilitate and ensure there is a local process to track all leave requests, following all legal requirements and ensuring proper paperwork is received, designations are assigned within allotted deadlines and tracking is completed
  • Acts as point of contact and assists with administration of benefit programs: data entry of enrollments and changes into proper systems; holding benefit meetings and presentations to staff, answering questions and researching discrepancies, if required
