We are looking for an Implementation Manager to support our Implementation and renewal projects across the US and Canada for our market leading software. We support our clients to apply their business rules to our highly configurable cloud based system to support complex salary review and bonus processes and long term incentive awards in one unified platform allowing compensation recommendations to be made in line with appropriate governance, in an equitable, fair and risk-free way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product expertise to customers
  • Support in the documentation of requirements through working sessions with the client and an Implementation Manager
  • Configure the Payscale compensation tool in line with the client requirements.
  • Identify use cases, roles and other business requirements for each project
  • Working in a small collaborative team environments
  • Identify risks and escalate as appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Who are you?
  • Educated to degree level (preferably in Business/HR/Management)
  • Knowledge/experience of the compensation marketplace would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have strong ability to organize and manage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive individual with a drive to make things better!
In this role, you will:
  • Build new customer accounts through back-end administrative product tools
  • Contact new customers programmatically throughout product implementation based on implementation status, phase, and segment
  • Inform new and existing customers of 'next steps' for their product implementation and services deliverables, including communication of project timelines.
  • Ensure collection of documents required for product implementation
  • Utilize and assist in creation of Salesforce based reports for customer outreach
  • Support additional product implementation activities as needed, including responding to miscellaneous customer queries
Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in a customer facing role within software
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tool(s) preferred
  • Experience with technical product support, troubleshooting, or product implementation experience is a plus
  • Problem solve complex configuration challenges independently

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is CAD $60,000 - $75,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
