Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, we’re looking for an execution-oriented and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be a key player in how we bring products to market, support sales with compelling and relevant content, and continuously sharpen our competitive edge.

As part of a dynamic product marketing team, you’ll drive cross-functional programs that elevate our go-to-market execution—from managing market intelligence and win/loss analysis to supporting product launches and building high-impact sales enablement. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, a strong communicator, and energized by both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Own our market intelligence program—monitoring industry trends, tracking competitors, and surfacing actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy.

  • Win/Loss Program: Manage our win/loss analysis process—identify patterns in buyer behavior, synthesize learnings, and deliver reporting that helps us understand what’s working and what’s not.

  • Go-to-Market Readiness: Support the operational execution of product launches, ensuring timely alignment and coordination across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to identify asset needs and develop content such as talk tracks, battlecards, one-pagers, and pitch materials that drive adoption and win rates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key partner to Product, Revenue, and Enablement teams to ensure tight alignment across messaging, positioning, and market feedback loops.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use tools like Gong, Salesforce, Seismic, and Tableau to inform strategy, measure content performance, and track competitive movement.

  • Content & Messaging Support: Help shape messaging frameworks and contribute to content development for campaigns, sales plays, and customer communications.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, GTM, or a related role--we're looking for someone interested in product marketing as their next career move

  • Previous experience ideally working for a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong understanding of market and competitive intelligence practices, with experience building or contributing to win/loss programs

  • An understanding of developing sales assets and some project management execution

  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Enablement teams

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; familiarity with tools like Gong, Salesforce, and Asana is a plus

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree required
