- Base Salary RON 24.6K – RON 36.9K per month • 10% Annual Bonus

Depending on the position, there is eligibility for an annual corporate bonus percentage. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous total rewards package.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our SaaS applications. In this role, you’ll work across the entire stack—developing responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end systems using modern technologies and frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and performant solutions that empower our customers.
What You'll Do
Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, secure, and scalable front-end and back-end code.
Developing and maintaining user interfaces using Angular 18.
Building and consuming REST APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
Writing SQL queries and stored procedures to support data-intensive applications.
Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Participating in Scrum ceremonies and contributing to the team’s Agile processes.
Proactively identifying and addressing technical debt to improve system maintainability.
Ensuring high code quality through unit tests, integration tests, and adherence to coding standards.
Debugging issues systematically and effectively across the full stack.
What We're Looking For
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
5+ years of experience working with C#/.NET Core for back-end development.
5+ years of experience with modern front-end frameworks like Angular.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Familiarity with Bootstrap, Material-UI, or other component libraries for responsive design.
Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and service-oriented design patterns.
Proficiency in writing SQL and stored procedures for relational databases like MSSQL or Postgres.
Experience with object-oriented design, message queues, or messaging frameworks.
A track record of writing clean, testable, and maintainable code, with experience in unit and integration testing.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).
Nice to Have
Proficiency with state management libraries like Redux or NgRx for front-end applications.
Familiarity with SASS, LESS, or other CSS preprocessors for styling.
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and tools like Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
Experience developing high-performance, multi-threaded enterprise-grade applications.
Familiarity with Elasticsearch and other front-end optimization strategies (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).
Understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
