  • Basic Salary ₱90K – ₱110K per month

Job Summary

As a first-line Sales Leader, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for selling Payscale’s solutions across multiple verticals. We’re seeking a leader with exceptional energy, initiative, and a passion for developing people to drive performance and results for our Manila Mid-Market team.

In this role, you will design and execute strategies to accelerate business growth, while fostering close collaboration with Marketing, Enablement, RevOps, and Sales Development—making cross-functional alignment and orchestration critical to success.

The ideal candidate is a high-impact leader who delivers outstanding business results while building a culture of excellence and continuous development. You will be fully accountable for guiding your team to consistently generate revenue, exceed quotas, and contribute meaningfully to Payscale’s growth.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, train, and/or develop a team of remote sales executives

  • Motivate sales executives to exceed targets through coaching and consistent performance reporting

  • Regularly report and analyze team data, including funnel metrics, forecasting, and performance

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create effective outbound pipeline programs

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to monitor pipeline quality and quantity, ensuring proper follow-up

  • Proactively make recommendations on process improvements and areas

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ year experience developing quota carrying sales teams with 7+ sales executives

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in SaaS or technology sales

  • Operational excellence in forecasting accuracy, deal inspection, and sales process discipline.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering effectively with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Customer Success.

  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong).

  • Negotiation and executive-level selling skills with experience managing procurement and legal cycles.

  • Change leadership capability—demonstrated success driving adoption of new sales methodologies, playbooks, or organizational transformations.

  • Growth mindset and resilience, with the ability to inspire teams and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
