Compensation

  • Monthly Salary Range ₱55K – ₱65K per month

Job Summary:

Our People Team is made up of Payscale’s HR, Talent, Enablement and PMO functions. In particular, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all global full-cycle recruiting, partnering with business leaders to build best-in-class teams that enable us to meet (& exceed!) our company objectives.

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a critical operational role on our global Talent team. This role supports a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Partners and serves as a trusted partner in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality recruiting experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll bring strong judgment, a high degree of autonomy, and a continuous-improvement mindset to interview scheduling, ATS management (Ashby), and recruiting operations. You’ll also contribute to documenting and improving recruiting processes as we continue to scale globally.

This role will report to our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and work closely with Site Leadership in our Manila office.

What You'll Do:

  • Global Interview Scheduling & Candidate Experience

    • Own complex, high-volume interview scheduling across global time zones, including multi-panel and executive-level interviews

    • Proactively manage scheduling logistics, anticipate conflicts, and resolve issues with minimal recruiter involvement

    • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a polished and thoughtful candidate experience

    • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview plans are executed accurately and on time

    ATS Administration & Recruiting Operations (Ashby)

    • Act as a day-to-day ATS power user in Ashby, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistency across all requisitions

    • Process and validate requisition requests, ensuring approvals, job details, and workflows are correctly configured

    • Open and configure jobs in Ashby, including interview plans, scorecards, hiring teams, and automation where applicable

    • Monitor pipelines and flag potential bottlenecks or data gaps to Talent Acquisition Partners

    • Support reporting, audits, and data hygiene efforts as needed

    Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement

    • Create, update, and maintain recruiting SOPs, playbooks, and policy documentation in partnership with People Team leadership

    • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate communication, and ATS workflows

    • Support ad hoc talent projects related to process optimization, tooling, or scale-readiness

    • Serve as a knowledge resource for recruiting operations best practices within the Talent team

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or HR operations

  • Strong hands-on experience with an ATS; Ashby experience highly preferred

  • Demonstrated success managing complex interview scheduling in a global, fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail with the ability to spot issues before they become problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with candidates, recruiters, and senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable working independently and prioritizing work with limited direction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting recruiting teams in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth company

  • Familiarity with global hiring practices and cross-regional coordination

  • Experience contributing to or leading process improvements or operational projects

  • Experience with MS Office, Ashby, Slack, Confluence, Asana, Sharepoint, and similar tools is preferred.
