Compensation

  • Monthly Salary Range ₱45K – ₱60K per month

Job Summary:

Our People Team is made up of Payscale’s HR, Talent, Enablement and PMO functions. In particular, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all global full-cycle recruiting, partnering with business leaders to build best-in-class teams that enable us to meet (& exceed!) our company objectives.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our team by identifying and engaging global top talent. You’ll be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, creating talent pipelines, and conducting preliminary interviews to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. This position focuses on finding the best talent for a variety of roles globally, including US, Canada, The Philippines, Romania and more, to support the continued growth and success of Payscale.

This role will report to our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and work closely with Site Leadership in our Manila office.

What You'll Do:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

    • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent for high-demand positions before they are open.

    • Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify top candidates who meet the qualifications and values of the organization.

    • Candidate Outreach: Craft compelling messages to engage passive candidates and nurture relationships with potential hires. Utilize sourcing metrics to identify successful messaging and scalable outreach campaigns.

    • Preliminary Interviews: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values.

    • Collaboration: Partner closely with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates for each role.

    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging sourcing tools to continuously improve sourcing efforts.

    • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and pipeline activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Employer Branding: Utilize LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job boards to promote Payscale’s employee value proposition to attract talent & increase inbound pipelines.

    Qualifications

    We’d love to talk with you if you have:

    • 3-5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS, tech, or fast-paced environment.

    • Experience sourcing candidates in The Philippines required, additional global sourcing experience preferred.

    • Proven ability to identify and engage with top talent across all departments of an organization including Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and more.

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and CRM/ATS platforms.

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.

    • Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, and other creative avenues to attract talent.

    • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset

    • A passion for finding great talent and creating a positive candidate experience.

    • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing dynamics of a high-growth company.

    • Strong team mindset and desire to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally

Payscale Manila has an employee centric hybrid model that provides you the flexibility to do your best work in a space that supports you, while also finding time to collaborate in person in our office for the moments that matter.

In our hybrid model, employees can work from the location that works best for them when our team is not scheduled to be in the office.
