Compensation

  • ₱74,083 – ₱92,700 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enablement Specialist to join our GTM Enablement team based in Manila. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue and Site Operations, this role will be responsible for facilitating and providing our teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to accelerate productivity and further improve our team's capability to position Payscale's differentiated value to our customers.

Therefore, this role requires an individual who is passionate about making others successful, has solid sales training delivery skills and classroom facilitation experience, is able to work independently, and who comes with a track record of successfully developing and executing onboarding and enablement programs.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage with the leadership team to plan, prioritize, and execute on the onboarding and enablement plan

  • Customize content and deliver enablement programs in partnership with other Enablement team members

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculums and propose adjustments or new curriculum additions as needed

  • Owns productivity indicators – drives and follows through on the adoption of pre/post-evaluations and metrics of enablement programs

  • Provide coaching to ensure skills are mastered

  • Coordinate and own the new hire onboarding experience for the first two weeks, including scheduling, facilitation, and ensuring all system access and tooling is provisioned and operational on Day 1 (e.g., Gong, Seismic, CRM, and other GTM platforms)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding logistics and new hire readiness across the Manila GTM team

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in training and/or enablement, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering advanced sales and customer success training

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, gained from having worked closely with sales teams or from having been a sales professional

  • Demonstrated results in implementing enablement programs including training needs analysis, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of sales and customer success training programs, preferably in a cloud/software sales environment

  • Familiarity with GTM enablement platforms, specifically Gong (conversation intelligence) and Seismic (content management); hands-on experience is strongly preferred

  • Experience coordinating new hire onboarding logistics, including system access provisioning and cross-functional coordination with IT, HR, and team leadership
