Position Summary:
Our Sales Leader, for the EMEA Application Testing business at Perforce is searching for an Account Executive to join the team. The Account Executive at Perforce will be a role at the developmental level within the sales team. Individuals in this position will be in the process of honing their expertise in sales strategies and practices. They will be responsible for handling a range of sales tasks, including meeting established sales objectives, managing customer relationships, and addressing inquiries from clients. The Account Executive will collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure adherence to sales guidelines and standards. Additionally, this role will provide assistance to more senior sales professionals and contribute to resolving sales-related challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Target new accounts for the Perfecto, Static Code Analysis and BlazeMeter brands
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Meet established sales objectives and quotas
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Assist senior sales professionals in complex sales situations
- May be required to support additional products/brands as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven history of net new sales success
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
- 5+ years of experience in Application Testing Sales/Embedded Software or a related field
- German speaking highly preferred
