We are currently hiring for professional and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our growing team at our Bibra Lake Fulfilment Centre (6163). As a Delivery Driver in Pet Circle’s Own Fleet you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional experiences for our customers and their pets. You will be responsible for the safe operation of our vehicles to deliver orders to residential addresses across the Metro Perth region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Own Fleet team based at our fulfilment centre. We have a range of rostering times with AM shifts running from 6am to 2pm and PM shifts running from 2pm to 10pm. This is a fast-paced role where you will work both autonomously and collaboratively to deliver on shift targets and objectives.

• Operating either a 2 or 1 tonne delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times.

• Using a safe technique to load your vehicle with pre-sorted orders for your deliveries.

• Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of our products ensuring that the procedures adhere to Company standards.

• Completing your own pre and post shift vehicle safety check.

• Communicating with the onsite fleet team in a timely and appropriate manner around any on shift issues.

• Working towards daily and weekly KPI targets.

• Contributing to the overall positive culture of the own fleet and wider fulfilment teams.

• Safety is non-negotiable… so ensuring you adhere to all policies and procedures, particularly Safe Operating Procedures is important. You are responsible for your own safety as well as other team members and the general public.

• Maintain all Key Performance Indicators outlined in your role.

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, up to 25kgs, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.

• Proficiency in using technology to scan parcels and take proof of delivery photos.

• Reporting any safety incidents/issues immediately to a Supervisor or Manager.

• You must have a valid Class C Australian Drivers Licence with a safe driving record.

• Familiarity with driving in the Metro Perth region ideally coming from a multi-drop courier background.

• Experience using a handheld scanning device for deliveries and communicating.

• Be fit and active with the ability to lift and carry orders to their end delivery destination (up to 25kgs).

• Proven demonstration of a reliable and committed work ethic.

• Friendly in nature and able to provide an exceptional delivery experience to our customers.
