We are currently hiring for a professional and reliable Warehouse General Hand to join our growing team at our Eastern Creek Fulfilment Centre (2770). As a Warehouse General Hand your role is critical to the success of our business where you will be challenged daily to improve areas of safety, efficiency, performance, culture and customer experience.

You will be part of a collaborative team working within an environment where you are given every opportunity to succeed and progress your career.

This opportunity will provide you with casual weekend work with 8-hour shifts between 6am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. The weekend team is multi-skilled so you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the fulfilment centre from inbound to inventory to outbound. There will also be opportunity to pick up shifts during the weekdays as well.

• Inbound: receiving, replenishment, and put-away of product.

• Inventory: cycle counts, stock counts, and batch fixing.

• Outbound: picking, packing, and dispatching orders for our customers.

• Manual handling of heavy products up to 25kg.

• Usage of warehouse machinery and systems including pallet riders and RF Scanning equipment.

• General warehouse cleaning duties as required.

• Quality Assurance at all steps in the order distribution process.

• Can commit to 2-5 days per week between Monday to Sunday.

• Must have your own safety boots.

• Must be physically fit to perform all duties in the warehouse.

• You are a reliable and collaborative team member.

• Safety is a non-negotiable for you and you are able to adhere to Safe Operating Procedures.

• You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
