Internship Highlights:

  • Dive into Enterprise Software: Get ready for an immersive experience where you'll build and maintain relationships with our global customers and become their go-to support resource.
  • Hands-On Troubleshooting: Take ownership of customer support tickets and resolve them through technical troubleshooting. You'll engage in remote screen-share meetings and replicate issues to ensure resolutions.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between customers and our development teams, providing valuable insights and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Documentation Development: Create and maintain technical documentation, contributing to the enhancement of our software features and products.
  • Customer-Centricity: Immerse yourself in the world of SAP PM and Prometheus Group software while coordinating and managing customer upgrades and new implementations.

A Day in the Life:

  • Assist customers via email and phone, answering questions and providing support.
  • Dive into troubleshooting via remote screen-share meetings, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Document cases meticulously, detailing steps and communicating with development teams.
  • Play a crucial role as the technical liaison between customers and our development teams.
  • Keep customer cases organized and up-to-date, ensuring excellent service.
  • Continuously learn about new technologies and concepts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Patience, strong customer relations skills, and a desire to learn.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for translating technical jargon into user-friendly language.
  • Passion for teamwork and the ability to adapt and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in a customer or client-facing role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a bonus.
