Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the EVP of Corporate Development to execute the M&A Strategy and meet organizational goals
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with target companies, industry contacts, and external advisors
• Coordinate and manage the M&A pipeline, ensuring timely progress and adherence to key milestones
• Support negotiations and deal structuring, considering financial, legal, and operational implications
• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitive landscape, potential opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in valuation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building an maintaining relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
