Job Summary

The role of the Service Sales team is to provide revenue opportunities for the Professional Services team to execute. Your role will be to identify, scope, and close Services business within our customer base.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate and close opportunities for the Professional Services team
• Achieve sales metrics to build pipeline
• Establish and leverage relationships with assigned accounts through business development
• Coordinate account strategy with Software Sales Account Manager and Senior Service Sales Rep
• Create proposals/Scope of Work based on client services needs and requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities
• Responsible for the scheduling of engagements with Professional Services resources
• Efficiently manage timelines of sales opportunities and project engagements

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years Sales experience preferred
• B.S/B.A. in Business, Communications or related field
• Customer-focused, sales/results-driven, excellent communicator
• High energy, self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Stays organized and positive
