A Day in the Life:

• Collaborate with your team to design new software features and fixes.
• Record and track development items using JIRA, ensuring efficient project management.
• Test and validate code changes to avoid negative impacts on our software.
• Provide valuable tier 2+ support for software bugs, contributing to customer success.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Pursing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Strong problem solving skills, with a knack for tackling complex challenges
• Exceptional personality and communication skills, making teamwork a breeze
• Accountable and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Practical experience with Java and/or C#, demonstrating coding proficiency and versatility
