The Opportunity
This is an entry level role that would see you step into the world of corporate sales where you will join our high performing Sales team and receive globally recognized methodology sales training and development.
Reporting to our Sales Manager and sitting as part of the broader team, this "Business Development Representative" role will see you interact daily with all our BDRs and The Sales Director. Primarily you will focus on and be responsible for a high volume of outbound calling activity to generate potential interest from warm and cold leads. This will suit a self-driven person who is able to cut through the grind of activity without distractions and pursue the results and rewards.
Are you our new Sales Rock Star?
- Do you have 6 to 12 months sales experience ideally in IT software space, recruitment, retail, or hospitality?
- Do you genuinely enjoy engaging in conversations and not afraid to pick up the phone?
- Would you describe yourself as a highly self-motivated, goal orientated, fearless, ambitious, team player?
- Are you a quick learner with an open mind to solve problems?
- Experience managing a CRM, preferably Salesforce will be helpful.
