Job Summary

The VP of Finance is responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to the global finance team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working directly with the Corporate Controller providing strategic and operational direction to the Company's global accounting team and working closely with the Chief Financial Officer on the development and execution of M&A activity, including due diligence, analysis, and systems/operations integrations
• Recommend and implement process improvements that will enhance efficiency and internal controls of the company
• Work closely with the Corporate Controller and CFO on materials for corporate stakeholders (Board, equity, lenders)
• Support analysis of key business development initiatives and partnerships from an accounting perspective
• Coach, develop, and mentor finance team to build a high performing team for the long-term

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 15+ years of work experience in corporate finance in roles of increasing responsibility
• 5+ years’ experience in leadership role
• Active CPA license and 5-10+ years prior public accounting experience
• Extensive international operations experience managing transfer pricing, intercompany transactions and foreign currencies/bank accounts
• Extensive prior M&A transaction experience from both a buy and sell side perspective
• Ability to train, mentor and motivate team members
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels within and external to the organization
• Experience working in Sage Intacct a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including advanced Excel capabilities
