Job Summary

Prometheus Group is seeking an experienced and performance driven Digital Marketing Manager who wants to join an enterprise SaaS leader in the Enterprise Asset Management solution segment. As a new position in our growing Marketing team, you will oversee building and executing our Web & SEO programs, responsible for driving online engagement and converting leads into sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our digital channels to increase customer interaction, generate qualified leads, and ultimately boost revenue.

The ideal candidate has a proven history developing and executing new Digital Marketing strategies, with a passion for building and optimizing Web & SEO programs. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and will be an important team member engaged across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support peer objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Team Player: Comfortable and eager to collaborate with internal teams, including content strategists, demand generation and events, to ensure alignment with overall digital initiatives.
  • Strategic Website Lead: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables regarding website re-design, launch of new pages, or updating existing content (CMS experience required, HubSpot preferred). Optimize conversion paths and user experience to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics analyze data, and provide insights to continuously refine and improve online engagement and conversion rates.
  • In-House SEO Expertise: Assist in developing our in-house SEO strategy, offering valuable insights and guidance to the digital marketing team. Stay on top of algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies proactively.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover opportunities for optimizing website content and increasing organic traffic.
  • SEO Optimization: Oversee all marketing SEO optimization requests and implement on-page SEO best practices.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize SEO tools (semrush, moz, ahrefs) and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console) to monitor website performance. Track keyword rankings, traffic metrics, and user engagement to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Paid Media: Familiar with paid media programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) in how this traffic influences web & reporting. Assist in developing UTM strategy for HubSpot, SFDC, and GA4.

Qualifications:

  • You possess a strong understanding of search engines' crawling behavior and impact on traffic and revenue, along with other digital marketing principles including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
  • You have some background in project management, preferably as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager; this would be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, bring forward insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills and can confidently lead internal client-facing conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and CMS platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, or semrush.
