Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop sales new hires to ensure training needs are being met
  • Continuously manage performance through proper coaching, development of sales skills, competitive positioning, motivation, goal setting, and day to day direction
  • Coach individuals on how to engage potential customers over phone, email, and other communication methods
  • Establish best practices, tools, and processes for penetrating into Fortune 500 -1000 companies
  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop sales strategies and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Support and develop the Inside Sales Training Supervisor(s) to ensure the training needs of Inside Sales are being met.
  • Work with others within Sales Enablement to support initial and on-going training
  • Manage reporting requirements necessary to support training and development of employees.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Experience training and coaching sales individuals
  • Analytical, process-driven person
  • Direct selling experience preferred
  • Experience setting metrics for teams and holding them accountable for exceeding them
  • Experience in leveraging CRM software, preferably Salesforce, to manage high performing teams
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Great communication and presentation skills
