Job Summary:

The People Operations Manager will be a valued member of the Prometheus Group People Operations team. You will hold a pivotal role in sculpting and nurturing our organizational culture. Your mission is to harmonize HR practices, programs, and initiatives with our core values and cultural objectives, thereby fostering an environment where employees not only thrive but also elevate engagement.

A Day in the Life:

In your role as People Operations Manager, each day presents opportunities to shape and enrich the fabric of our organization. You'll work closely with the Director of People Operations to ensure culture alignment across all departments, levels, and offices. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating directly with the Director of People Operations to ensure seamless culture alignment.
• Conducting regular assessments to gauge the current health of Prometheus Group's culture.
• Analyzing data and feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
• Leading and supporting cultural change initiatives, garnering employee and leadership buy-in for smooth transitions.
• Providing guidance and resources to help teams navigate cultural shifts with efficiently.
• Serving as a mediator when conflicts arise, steering resolution in accordance with Prometheus Group policies.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal HR Manager possesses the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• HR Expertise: Demonstrates a track record of success in a culture-focused HR role, with a preference for 2+ years of experience.
• Exceptional Communication: Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build genuine connections with employees
• Change Management Proficiency: Possesses a strong grasp of change management methodologies
• Data Driven Decision Maker: Relies on data-driven mindset coupled with expertise in HR analytics to inform decision making
• Experience in a people management role a plus
