About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer with Prometheus Group, you can look forward to partnering with key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and provide a range of technical support to our sales team to ensure smooth operations for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Prometheus solutions via online meetings, onsite visits, webinars, and trade shows
• Help prospects understand the technical aspects of Prometheus products
• Provide expertise on business process and workflow and indicate how Prometheus solutions can assist with this effort
• Assist with the technical aspects of sales documents, including RFPs, RFIs, scopes of work, etc.
• Help with customer trials, which includes process consulting, software implementation, and training
• Assist with software implementation projects
• Conduct end-user training for both customers and software trials users
• Create functional and technical documentation for new products before the handoff to support

Skills and Experience

• A University degree related to engineering (computer, chemical, mechanical, etc.) preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems – SAP PM, IBM Maximo, JD Edwards, Oracle Primavera - desirable
• Prior experience working with APM (Asset Performance Management) solutions
• Functional understanding of maintenance work and plant safety and why it is necessary
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Motivated to own the technical pieces of a deal
• Meticulous and driven in preparation
