Job Summary

The LATAM Sales Manager is responsible for growing annual software license revenue by managing and coaching the sales team, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth. They will lead our LATAM team that primarily works with customers and prospects in the Latin America region; candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Expand, develop, and lead Prometheus Group business in region.
  • Build, manage, lead and coach the sales team to successfully achieve quota.
  • Accountable for execution of regional sales strategies for new business acquisition
  • Work side-by-side making calls, coaching, and mentoring with each sales representative, direct marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, customer inquiry, and online usage data, analyze information requirements and maximize new business revenue, contact existing customers to capitalize on existing relationships for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales and marketing leadership team.
  • Work with the marketing team to establish a successful inbound channel.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers to develop key relationships.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience driving a team quota and leading a team of QCRs.
  • High energy, self-starter who can learn quickly and easily engage clients at multiple levels.
  • Able to work effectively as a team and individual contributor.
