Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoice s and handle new customer set-up.
• Manage client annual renewals process.
• Review revenue recognized under ASC 606 , including overall contract evaluation.
• Review customer contracts to create billing and revenue recognition schedules.
• Participate in the month-end close process, including reconciling revenue -related general ledger account s.
• Support tax & audit compliance by compiling and preparing information as requested.
• Assist with the financial integration of acquired companies, including exposure to purchase accounting and operational integration.
• Champion process improvements for finance systems (Intacct, OpenAir, Sale sforce).
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing , invoice s, etc.
• Assist critical projects as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute as an essential member of the team
• Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
