Position Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reports To: Senior Product Manager (B2B)

Summary:

At the heart of Property Finder’s mission is the drive to build compelling products that deliver meaningful value to our customers and drive strong commercial outcomes. We’re looking for an experienced, commercially savvy, and strategic Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of owning core products and delivering significant revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for both our users and our customers, responsible for defining, validating, communicating, and delivering end-to-end products that solve complex, high-impact problems. Our Product Managers operate at the intersection of Technology, Business, and Design, determining what is best for our users, our customers, and for Property Finder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ongoing discovery to identify market-specific pain points and evaluate whether they are worth solving.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize the most impactful problems.
  • Partner with data, research, and commercial teams to continuously validate assumptions.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for international markets in alignment with global objectives.
  • Drive localization of global products to fit local customer needs, regulations, and market maturity levels.
  • Balance quick wins with long-term scalable product investments.
  • Benchmark competitive products and market trends across MENA to anticipate opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market execution.

The Person:

Desired Qualifications:

Essential: Attitude, Knowledge & Skills

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and leading product development from conception to launch.
  • Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product direction using research, data, and market insights.
  • Strong influence across multiple stakeholders, with or without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and manage expectations effectively.
  • Experience in classifieds or marketplace businesses.
  • Fluent Arabic and strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Preferred: Attitude, Knowledge & Skills

  • Multi-market or international product experience.
  • Background in B2B Product Management.
  • Experience within the Property Tech or real estate domain.
  • Track record of building products that scale across multiple markets.
