Job Description

As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Administrator at RiskOptics, you will play a critical role in our organization's revenue growth by overseeing and optimizing the operations of our GTM tech stack. This role involves bridging gaps between marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate, review, and implement process improvements to streamline revenue operational efficiencies while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our go-to-market systems.
  • Administer tools, including user management, systems integrations, and ensuring data hygiene
  • Own training for all tools and document processes
  • Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce and Marketo and implement enhancements as required
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to the GTM team
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, customer success, and finance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Background in revenue operations, sales operations, and/or marketing operations with 3-5+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a must, Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to help drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and high relationship intelligence showcasing the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using automation tools to optimize processes, along with knowledge of systems integrations, including:
    • CRM: Salesforce
    • Marketing Automation: Marketo
    • Sales Enablement: Gong / Gong Engage
    • LeanData
    • Chat Bot: Qualified
    • PRM: Channeltivity
    • Intent / Data Verification: ZoomInfo
    • Excel
