We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our R&D HR team and support a global software development organization end-to-end. You’ll work closely with VPs, Directors, and People Managers, while also being a trusted, approachable presence for employees across the organization.
This role is about building real relationships — being someone leaders turn to for advice and employees trust to listen, challenge, and support them. You’ll help the organization grow and evolve while protecting what already makes it special: engineering excellence, teamwork, and a genuinely strong culture.
The Team
You’ll join an amazing, collaborative HR team that cares deeply about the employee experience. You’ll partner closely with Employee Experience and Recruiting, working together to create a thoughtful, consistent, and people journey — from hiring through growth and development.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders at all levels as a trusted advisor, coach, and thought partner
- Be visible and approachable to employees — someone people feel comfortable coming to
- Support leaders in building strong, healthy, high-performing teams
- Lead and facilitate management off-sites, leadership sessions, and team effectiveness work
- Run core people processes such as performance reviews, merit cycles, promotions, and talent discussions
- Support a global, engineering organization, working across cultures and time zones
- Collaborate closely with Employee Experience, Recruiting, and HR partners to support growth and engagement
- Analyze people's data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
- At least one full HRBP role in a technology company, ideally in a growing organization
- Experience supporting global engineering or R&D teams
- Someone who naturally builds trust and credibility with both leaders and employees
- Comfortable facilitating conversations, navigating complexity, and balancing empathy with business needs
- Strong English and Hebrew communication skills
- Openness to business travel to support leadership engagement, team collaboration, and key people initiatives, typically on a quarterly basis
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with HR systems (HiBob, Greenhouse, or similar)
