Who we are

We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you’re welcome.) At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?

Why you’ll love this job:

You believe in the power of brand.

We’re looking for a Web Manager to join our Brand Marketing team and immerse yourself in a role that blends technical understanding, project management capabilities, and user-centered thinking. This role will play a key part in the continued evolution and implementation of Redis’ website and related digital experiences.

You deliver.

On our team, you’ll lead the larger web function to deliver dynamic branded experiences, infusing life into digital touchpoints with your expertise in managing front-end web development. You’ll thrive by collaborating across marketing functions to ensure the public-facing web ecosystem reflects the company’s brand, drives measurable business impact, and delivers an exceptional user experience for developers, customers, and partners.

You look for yes.

Our team thrives on open feedback and collaboration. Here, your strong communication skills and optimistic problem-solving approach will be crucial as you engage in projects that challenge you to innovate. This role will celebrate your technical understanding and strategic mindset as you build and scale the team responsible for the brand's digital experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner on the strategy and own the execution and continuous improvement of the company’s web presence—website, product pages, documentation entry points, and campaign landing experiences
  • Manage a team of web developers, and producers—working closely with a project manager to prioritize tasks and foster cross-functional communication
  • Collaborate with growth, design, content, product marketing, demand generation, SEO, analytics, and engineering stakeholders—understanding the different goals of these teams and managing the team effectively to meet them
  • Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into web experiences, particularly for self-service and pricing tools
  • Partner with third party engineering teams for integrations (APIs, backend systems, product data, experimentation frameworks).
  • Define governance, standards, and processes that ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility across all web assets
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes for documentation, content releases, component builds, bug handling, and sprint execution
  • Oversee front-end development, CMS operations, deployment processes, and site performance optimization
  • Maintain documentation for codebases, workflows, and best practices
  • Partner with Growth to drive continuous A/B testing, SEO optimization, and performance improvements using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Amplitude) to identify insights that inform current, and future UX

What you’ll need:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in web development, web management, or digital product, or related fields
  • 3+ years managing technical teams, including front-end developers, agency partners, or external engineering vendors
  • Experience guiding architecture without necessarily coding daily—with a strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, component libraries)
  • Hands-on familiarity with Sanity CMS or another modern headless CMS, including:
    • Managing schema changes and content model updates
    • Coordinating front-end integration with GROQ or GraphQL data queries
    • Partnering with back-end developers to ensure smooth API, data, and publishing workflows
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, page performance optimization, and accessibility standards
  • Exposure to experimentation frameworks or A/B testing tools
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with design/creative teams and translate brand and UX principles into scalable web execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to balance technical detail with business context
  • Skilled in people leadership, prioritization, and cross-functional communication to meet deadlines for launches across technical, product, and marketing functions

What you’ll get:

To support you at work and beyond, we offer all our team members fantastic benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salaries and equity grants
  • Unlimited time off to promote a healthy work-life balance
  • H/D/V coverage along with 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits (or local equivalent)
  • Team celebrations and recreation events for those close to an office
  • Phone stipend
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Ability to influence a high-performance company on its way to IPO

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $95,000 – $180,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
