We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Redis Enterprise Software release portfolio, with a strong focus on platform support, operating systems, hardware compatibility, and enterprise reliability.

This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, platform strategy, and enterprise-grade database delivery. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, translating customer requirements into clear deliverables, and ensuring Redis Enterprise is reliably supported across platforms, operating systems, and hardware environments.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a key point of contact for enterprise customers, understanding their requirements and managing expectations around features, timelines, and platform support. Translating customer needs into clear product requirements and release deliverables.
  • Define and manage the supported platforms and operating systems for Redis Enterprise Software.Drive decisions around new OS versions, platform certifications, and deprecations.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure platform readiness and long-term maintainability.
  • Own and evolve the durability and high availability (HA/DR) capabilities of Redis Enterprise.
  • Ensure consistency and reliability across features such as replication, failover, persistence, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Cloud, Kubernetes, Support, and Field teams to ensure alignment across releases and customer commitments.
  • Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform and architectural strategy.
  • Represent platform and release priorities in planning, roadmap reviews, and executive discussions.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with enterprise infrastructure, databases, or distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of how databases work, including durability, replication, failover, and high availability concepts.
  • Experience managing enterprise software releases and customer-facing commitments.
  • Familiarity with operating systems, platforms, and hardware environments in enterprise software.
  • Ability to manage complex trade-offs across customer expectations, engineering constraints, and long-term strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience with distributed systems
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (extra points for Redis experience)
  • Background in high availability, disaster recovery, or storage systems.
  • Experience working with OEMs, hardware vendors, or platform partners.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a B2B or enterprise software company.
