We’re hiring L1 Cloud Operations Engineers to join our first-line cloud operations team. As part of a 24/7 global operation, you’ll ensure the health, availability, and stability of Redis Enterprise cloud environments. This is a hands-on role where you’ll monitor, triage, and resolve basic alerts, while learning cloud operations practices and collaborating with senior engineers.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to grow their careers in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor Redis clusters and respond to alerts in real time.

  • Perform basic remediation tasks (failovers, memory checks, routine optimizations).

  • Follow runbooks and escalation procedures with precision.

  • Collaborate across shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.

  • Provide clear communication and updates during incidents.

  • Escalate issues to senior CloudOps teams when needed.

  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of procedures.

Location

India / Bangalore

What You Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in technical support, NOC, or cloud operations.

  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux fundamentals.

  • Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools and incident workflows.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a shift-based team.

  • Calm under pressure, disciplined, and eager to learn.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of Redis or distributed systems.
