We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented person to join our team as a Principal Partner Enablement Manager. In this hybrid role, you will design and execute internal and external enablement strategies that empower both the internal GTM team and external partners. You will partner with our Partner Education team to deliver partners, drive revenue growth, and strengthen the overall partner ecosystem. You will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful programs and resources that ensure our partners are equipped to succeed. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

Partner Enablement Programs

  • Design and execute partner enablement programs, including onboarding, product training, certification paths, to equip our partners with the tools and knowledge to effectively position Redis.
  • Develop engaging enablement materials (presentations, guides, playbooks, e-learning modules, etc.) that align with partner needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and alliances teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Education team to organize and execute partner certifications, learning paths and other ways to educate Partners in the market.

Sales Enablement Resources

  • Collaborate with a broader GTM enablement team: content programs, sales enablement technical enablement to develop and launch partner-specific training to GTM to enhance partner knowledge within the internal organization.
  • Build and create ‘how-to’ plays, workflows, win wires and champion how to work with Partners globally.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and collateral that align with Redis’s sales process, driving consistency and effectiveness in partner engagements to sell with and broker through.

What will you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in channel sales, partner enablement, partner marketing, or a similar role.
  • Expertise with Cloud Marketplace, VARs, SIs, Resellers
  • Demonstrated success in creating enablement programs that drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner dynamics, and enablement best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $135,000 – $150,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
