Who we are

We're Redis. We built the product that runs the fast apps our world runs on. (If you checked the weather, used your credit card, or looked at your flight status online today, you’re welcome.) At Redis, you’ll work with the fastest, simplest technology in the business—whether you’re building it, telling its story, or selling it to our 10,000+ worldwide customers. We’re creating a faster world with simpler experiences. You in?

Why would you love this job?

In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing our SDR organization through data-driven insights, sophisticated reporting, accurate forecasting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, seeking to uncover insights that drive smart decision-making rather than just reporting metrics. You will be the operational backbone of our sales development efforts, enabling our SDRs to perform at their highest potential.

As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will partner cross-functionally with demand generation, sales operations, data engineering, and leadership teams to design and execute initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accelerate revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Production reporting: Develop, implement, and maintain unified and comprehensive reporting that accurately tracks SDR performance metrics and KPIs
  • Pipeline forecasting: Create reliable forecasting models to predict pipeline generation and conversion rates. Lead weekly forecast updates to ensure corrective actions are implemented as early as possible.
  • Process improvement: Continuously analyze SDR workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in their systems or processes; design and implement improvements, including project management of cross-functional efforts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to align SDR operations with broader organizational goals while also ensuring SDR requirements are appropriately prioritized in their roadmaps.
  • Performance management: Monitor team productivity and individual performance metrics; develop strategies to improve conversion rates and efficiency. Provide guidance on resource allocation and rebalancing.
  • Training support: Identify skill gaps through data analysis and help develop targeted training programs to address them
  • Systems management: Closely monitor our SDR tech stack, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement solutions that enhance SDR productivity

What will you need to have?

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, specifically supporting SDR/BDR teams in SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of improving SDR team efficiency and productivity through operational excellence
  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, Power BI)
  • Experience implementing and optimizing sales technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting methodologies
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

We give back to our employees:

Our culture is what makes Redis a fun and rewarding place to work. To support you at work and beyond, we offer all our US team members fantastic benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salaries and equity grants
  • Unlimited time off to promote a healthy work-life balance
  • H/D/V coverage along with 401K, FSA, and commuter benefits
  • Frequent team celebrations and recreation events
  • Home internet & phone stipend
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Ability to influence a high-performance company on its way to IPO

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $90,000– $109,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
