Under the direction and leadership of the Senior Marketing Manager, this role manages the marketing for RedSail pharma and RedSail Advantage (RAS) solutions, including copay assistance, the pharmacy switch, medication adherence, and GTM efforts for pharma programs. The ideal candidate has deep roots in pharma, the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging that drives adoption and revenue growth, and a solid foundation of marketing principles that build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs, pain points, and buying behaviors of key decision-makers.
  • Track competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and industry trends to continuously sharpen product positioning and GTM strategy.
  • Partner with Product Management to translate customer and market insights into actionable marketing priorities.

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with pharma and pharmacy audiences across all channels.
  • Ensure all external-facing content (web, sales decks, one-pagers, emails) consistently reflects the value propositions.
  • Translate complex technical product features into accessible, benefit-driven language for non-technical buyers.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, webinars, events, paid media) aligned to pipeline / revenue targets and marketing department goals.
  • Manage campaign performance end-to-end: briefing, timelines, asset development, launch, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure campaigns are properly tracked in HubSpot and attributed correctly in the CRM.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain a library of sales tools (battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling guides, product sheets) that equip Sales to close.
  • Deliver product training and enablement sessions for the sales team on new launches, competitive positioning, and ICP targeting.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure GTM alignment and consistent field messaging.
  • Partner with the Marketing Trade Shows & Events team to ensure we present and perform well at trade shows, provide sales with the right tools and messaging to secure leads, and conduct pre- and post-show evaluations with trade show attendees.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build relationships and partner with subject matter experts to elevate them as thought leaders in our content, increasing authority and building RedSail’s brand reputation.
  • Oversee or directly produce high-quality content assets: case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, and videos.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to build a content calendar that supports demand generation and SEO objectives.
  • Champion the voice of key personas in all content and communications.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Lead product launch planning and execution (coordinating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to bring new features and products to market effectively.
  • Build and maintain GTM playbooks.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs: MQLs, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, content engagement, and product adoption metrics.
  • Use HubSpot and CRM dashboards to provide regular performance updates to Marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Apply data-driven insights to optimize live campaigns and inform future strategy.

Education/Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Experience marketing to pharma strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to craft executive-level narratives and field-ready one-pagers with equal ease.
  • Analytical fluency: comfortable with MQL/pipeline reporting, campaign attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting) and Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Basecamp, Monday.com, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, post-acquisition environment.

Preferred Work Experience/Skills

  • Background in pharma, pharmacy or adjacent healthtech SaaS.
  • Experience with SaaS GTM motions: new logo acquisition, expansion revenue, and product-led growth.
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations in healthcare marketing.

Competencies

  • Customer obsession: deep empathy for the pharma’s day-to-day reality.
  • Strategic thinking paired with operational execution: equally comfortable in a planning session and in the weeds of campaign build.
